By using EatStats ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
EatStats provides estimates for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional, or health advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified professional. Do not use it to diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating, talk to a professional before changing your diet.
Calorie and macronutrient values in the app are estimates. They come from AI models, public food databases (including USDA data and Open Food Facts), and values you enter yourself. They can be wrong, sometimes substantially. Always check anything that matters against the food's own label. You are responsible for what you choose to eat.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when setting up your profile — targets calculated from wrong details will be wrong. You must be at least 13 years old to use EatStats.
Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its servers, and don't use it to submit unlawful or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that do.
EatStats offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Prices and features may change; any change will apply to future billing periods.
EatStats is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be discontinued, and the service may be unavailable at times. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including reliance on its estimates, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The food you log stays yours. You grant us permission to process it only in order to run the app — storing your history, producing estimates, and improving accuracy as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may stop using the app at any time, and you can delete your account and all of its data from Settings → Delete account in the app. If you cannot sign in, email eatstats.support@gmail.com and we will remove it for you. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
